These terms cover your use of this website, run by Zion Pool Pros LLC doing business as RJ's Pool Service. By using the site you agree to them.

Requests are not a booking

Sending the form, calling, or texting is a request for service. A visit is scheduled only when I confirm it with you directly. Anything I say on the phone about what a problem "probably" is comes before I've seen the equipment; the diagnosis at the pad is what counts.

Quotes and work

Quotes are given before work starts, and work proceeds only with your approval. Parts and labor terms, warranties on parts, and payment terms are set out on the quote or invoice for each job.

Website content

The information on this site describes common pool problems in general terms. It is not a diagnosis of your pool. Don't work on live electrical equipment or gas appliances based on something you read here; call me.

Text messaging

If you text me or give me your mobile number, you agree that I may text you about your request and your pool service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Zion Pool Pros LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site itself. Liability for work performed is governed by the agreement for that work.
