Zion Pool Pros LLC, doing business as RJ's Pool Service ("I", "me"), runs this website. This page explains what information the site collects and what I do with it.

What I collect

If you fill out the request form, I receive what you type: your name, phone number, pool address, what needs attention, how urgent it is, the best time to reach you, and your description. The form also records the page you were on and, if present, the referring site or campaign tag, so I know how people find me.

If you call or text (435) 703-5170, your carrier and mine handle that message the way they handle any call or text. I keep your contact details and notes about your pool so I can do the work.

What I do with it

I use it to contact you about your request, schedule and perform the work, and keep records of your pool and equipment for future service. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers. I may share it with a parts supplier or a subcontractor only as needed to complete work you've asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. It stores your light/dark mode preference in your browser if you change it. If I add a basic analytics tool, it will be noted here.

Hosting

The site and its form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on my behalf so I can read them. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to their systems.

Your choices

Ask me to delete your contact information and I will, unless I need to keep a record for tax or warranty reasons. Text STOP to any text from me and I'll stop texting.
